Before you request a return
Confirm the return period, eligible condition and return-shipping arrangements for your order before purchasing. This page does not replace any rights that apply under relevant consumer law.
Keep the item in its original condition
Try on clothing carefully and keep the original tags and packaging until you decide to keep it. Avoid washing or wearing an item outdoors while a return request is being considered.
How to start a return
Contact the store with your order reference, the item name and the reason for your request. Include clear photographs if the item arrived damaged or differs from what you ordered.
Return address and postage
Wait for the correct return instructions before sending a parcel. A correspondence address is not automatically a return address. Confirm who pays the return postage and keep proof of dispatch.
Inspection and refunds
When a return is received, its condition and eligibility need to be checked. The refund method, amount and processing timeline should be confirmed in the response to your request. Your payment provider may add its own processing time.
Exchanges
A replacement depends on availability in the requested size and colour. If an exchange is unavailable, discuss the applicable return or refund options before posting the item.
Wrong or damaged items
Report an incorrect or damaged item promptly. Keep the packaging and avoid altering or washing the item so that the issue can be assessed.
