Terms for using this website and placing orders.
Scope of this website
brokenplanetshop.com offers graphic streetwear to order online. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock; an order is placed when you complete checkout.
Product information and prices
Product names, photography, prices and size information are presented as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery details and any applicable charges are confirmed with your order.
Shopping bag
Bag contents are stored in your current browser. Clearing browser data can remove them.
Contact requests
Use the contact form for questions about products, sizing, delivery or returns. Do not enter payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information.
Intellectual property
Clothing names, designs and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The use of product imagery to present an item does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies.
